LaserVibe offers laser and UV production file design, file and process optimization, sales imagery, product development, and free or paid design resources. The scope, schedule, revision rounds and price for custom work will be confirmed in a quote or other written project communication.

• Provide accurate dimensions, technical requirements, source materials and timely feedback.
• Submit only content you have the right to use, and do not request work that violates law or another party’s rights.
• Test all files with your own machine, material and production setup before beginning a full production run.

Pricing, payment timing, deposits, cancellation terms and refunds are described in the applicable quote or project confirmation. Completed work and costs already incurred may be nonrefundable. Purchases made on Etsy are subject to the listing details, the No1IdeasDesigns shop policies, and Etsy’s checkout and support processes.

You keep ownership of original materials you provide. Your rights to final deliverables are defined by the quote, project agreement or license included with the file. LaserVibe’s drafts, working methods, libraries and pre-existing assets are not transferred unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You may not resell, share or distribute source files beyond the license you receive. Free files and Etsy products may include separate license terms, so please review the applicable listing or download information before commercial use.

Cutting, engraving and printing results vary by machine, material, settings and operator skill. We cannot promise identical results in every production environment. To the extent allowed by law, LaserVibe’s total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. These terms do not waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

We work to keep this website available and accurate, but may update content, correct errors or pause features when needed. Etsy, YouTube and other linked services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection available where you live. We encourage a good-faith conversation before either side starts a formal dispute. We may update these terms and will post the new effective date on this page.
